Spring?

Okay so here it goes a post for the month of April. Sorry there are so many pictures, but I know you all love seeing our family so very much.
Just last weekend we went to MK'S birthday party. Jon and Jen hired a face painter/balloon maker. It was great all the kids had their faces painted even Samantha.

So spring was here for at least one weekend. so we jumped at the chance of sun, got in the car, went to the park and had a picnic. I think that is one of Landon's favorite things to do. He asks all the time (even if it's snowing) if we can go on a picnic.

Here are some pictures of what it is like right now. Yup we got a ton of snow. I must say the snow is getting old. I am ready for some fun in the sun.

EASTER FUN

It's been a busy Easter weekend. We had Landon for Easter this year so there were a lot of fun things planned. On Saturday we went to Butterfield Acres for the big Easter egg hunt (More like a rock hunt) It was fun to watch Landon and MK hunt for the painted rocks and then put them down the Easter Bunnies secret hole yelling "ROCKS COMING!". After we walked around and let the kids pet the animals. Samantha had her first experience with a Goat!

Sunday the Easter Bunny came to our house which was a fun time for the kids. Landon loved looking for the eggs, well Samantha tried to eat what he found. Landon even got a call from the Easter Bunny who gave him a few clues to help him out.

Over all it was a fun weekend, and we loved every minute of it.

BUSTED!

So the other day Ryan and I were in our room when we heard some splashing coming from the bathroom. When we walked in we found Samantha playing with her new favorite toy. Although we were not happy I had to take some pictures.

The Kids

I thought I would post some pictures of the kids just so all our friends and family could see just how much they have grown I know cute huh? When you have a little girl with no hair you try to do as much as you can so people know she is a girl. But still I get asked all the time if she is a girl or a boy. Oh well I will just pray her hair grows fast.
Landon and Samantha are starting to enjoy playing with eachother. It's so fun to watch just how much they love one another.
Yeah so Samantha is not so "Lady Like" when it comes to food. It is her favorite time of day.....and afternoon......and night.
Landon and I built this tent one day out of an old box we had. He loved it so much he played in it for hours better then any toys we own I guess.
Our little Cowboy! He had a dress up Dance party with MK. It was so fun to watch the two of them bust a move.

Landon's Birthday Party!

Landon had his birthday party this weekend. It went well besides the last minute changes we had to go through, but thanks to Jon and Jen (who saved us) with the location of the party it went great. Landon wanted a sports birthday party with a Ninja Turtle Cake. So I was on the mission to make his cake. There was not a single Ninja Turtle cake pan in the whole city so I had no choice but to free hand it. Well I think it turned out more like a Green rat then a turtle, but oh well Landon liked it so I was happy. After some Hotdogs and Hockey we went swimming with Kaden, Colby and MK. Besides Colby falling all the time and traumatizing Irene swimming was a blast.

Over all the party was fun and I am just happy it's all done and over with. Good thing birthdays only come once a year.

A Night on Ice

So two weeks ago we went skating with a bunch of friends. It was Landon's first time skating and he loved it. You should have seen the smile on his face when I told him he skated just like Jarome Iginla. I don't think he is ready to skate on his own yet but he sure is fun to watch.
